Every site is different. Access, soil type, depth and spoil removal all change the price, which is why we quote after a free site visit rather than guessing over the phone. What we promise: a written fixed quote before any work starts, and the price we quote is the price you pay. No mid-job creep, no padding.
Can you get into a tight backyard?
Usually, yes. Our 1.8t excavator fits through a standard side gate. Tight-access backyard work is a big part of what we do. Not sure? Send us the gate width when you enquire and we'll tell you straight away whether the machine fits.
Do you take the dirt away?
Yes. Spoil removal can be included in your quote so the site is left clean and ready for the next trade. If you'd rather keep the fill on site for levelling or landscaping, we'll spread or stockpile it wherever you want it.
What about pipes and cables underground?
We check Before You Dig Australia (Dial Before You Dig) plans before any bucket goes in the ground, and dig carefully around known services. Hitting a water main turns a one-day job into a nightmare. That's the shortcut we never take.
How soon can you start?
Bookings fill month to month, so the honest answer is: the sooner you enquire, the better your pick of dates. You'll get a same-day reply (Mon to Fri), a site visit shortly after, and once the quote's approved the machine rolls in on the scheduled day.
